User agreement and recurring payment terms

Ambiark User Agreement and Recurring Payment Authorization Version 2026-10-01-v1 1. Account and authority. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and have authority to act for any organization or property you represent. Your email address is your username. You are responsible for activity using your account and must promptly report unauthorized use. 2. Lawful real estate activity. Use Ambiark only for lawful real estate and related business purposes. Maintain required licenses, permissions, and rights to listings, MLS information, photographs, documents, and personal data. Keep listings accurate. Comply with applicable fair housing, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and professional licensing requirements. 3. Prohibited conduct. Do not publish fraudulent or misleading listings, impersonate others, discriminate unlawfully, harass or threaten people, distribute spam or malware, disclose personal information without authority, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, scrape data without permission, manipulate payments, or use the service for money laundering or other unlawful activity. Do not assist others in doing these things. 4. Content and privacy. You retain your rights to content you upload and grant Ambiark permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to upload that content and process the personal information in it. Payment card and PayPal credentials are handled by the payment provider. Ambiark stores account, billing reference, and agreement acceptance records needed to operate the subscription. 5. Automatic recurring payments. The amount, currency, and billing cycle displayed at checkout apply to your subscription. By accepting and completing checkout, you authorize automatic recurring charges through the selected payment provider until you cancel. Monthly plans renew each month, annual plans renew each year, and a Direct Seller property term renews for the displayed number of days. Any applicable taxes shown by the payment provider are additional. New plan prices apply only to new enrollments unless separately disclosed and authorized. 6. Cancellation. The person who purchased the subscription may cancel in My subscription after confirming the request. Cancellation stops future renewals after the provider confirms it. Access continues until the end of the last successfully paid billing period. A monthly period is a calendar month based on the billing schedule, not a new month starting on the cancellation date. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for unused time, except where applicable law requires one. Members added by a brokerage do not have their own brokerage subscription to cancel; the brokerage manages their membership. 7. Payment issues and enforcement. Failed payments may prevent access after the last paid period ends. Ambiark may restrict unlawful or abusive activity and remove content that violates this agreement. Such restrictions do not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Cancellation of a subscription does not itself delete account data or listings. 8. Crypto estimates. Crypto prices and mortgage calculator conversions are estimates that change with market rates. Ambiark does not provide investment, legal, tax, lending, or settlement advice and does not guarantee conversion prices or completed property transactions. Membership fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. 9. Service and contact. Availability and third party data may change. No listing, lead, sale, or investment outcome is guaranteed.
